programme overview
What does it mean to be a leader in retail? We all know that the future of retail is sustainable, inclusive and purpose driven. As a leader, you know you need to respond to this shift. But how?

Sustainability, inclusion and purpose are more than just buzzwords. They are complex topics that require real investment and expertise to understand and implement in your business. But where do you start? You can’t just read an article or attend a seminar and suddenly become the kind of leader the future requires. It takes time, commitment, ongoing learning and support.

That’s why we’ve created our Transforming Leaders programme: built on the prestigious heritage of OSS Retail and informed with current insight direct from the BRC, giving you the knowledge and skills to lead your organisation into the future of retail.

WHAT OUR LEARNERS SAY

The emphasis on reflection before and after each piece of learning has been good discipline and a way of working that I will aim to continue. Taking time for reflection has allowed me the space to take a more holistic view of our business and the part we need to play to be a positive force on the High Street.

CARRIE MORRIS | BOOKA BOOKSHOP
Where do I start? The content is phenomenal! My stand-out moments, so far, are Mary Portas’ opening speech and everything Paul Anderson-Walsh has been involved in, particularly the live event on Wednesday 14th July. Everything he says makes sense and resonates with me.

EMMA GAW | WICKES K & B HOME DELIVERY NETWORK

I’ve had my eyes opened to the responsibility that I have for our planet, that as a leader I must pave the way to a more sustainable future. I am now challenged daily with the phrase “If not me, then WHO? If not now, then WHEN?”
