What does it mean to be a leader in retail? We all know that the future of retail is sustainable, inclusive and purpose driven. As a leader, you know you need to respond to this shift. But how?
Sustainability, inclusion and purpose are more than just buzzwords. They are complex topics that require real investment and expertise to understand and implement in your business. But where do you start? You can’t just read an article or attend a seminar and suddenly become the kind of leader the future requires. It takes time, commitment, ongoing learning and support.
That’s why we’ve created our Transforming Leaders programme: built on the prestigious heritage of OSS Retail and informed with current insight direct from the BRC, giving you the knowledge and skills to lead your organisation into the future of retail.
