programme overview
The course duration is six hours, split into four sections. You can complete it in your own time, giving you the flexibility around the work commitments.

This programme is suitable for anyone whose job directly or indirectly impacts their customers.

You can use the CNS as a recruitment tool to assess how well a candidate understands and can act on customer needs. Its unique scoring system offers a consistent assessment for any candidate, in order to allow for comparisons across a group.

You can also implement the tool in your new starters' onboarding package and give them the best tools to ensure they meet your customers needs.
